We are based on North America so all orders going outside of the USA are considered international.
How to place an international order?
Answer: Placing an international order is as simple as placing domestic order. Simply add the items you want to your cart and. proceed to checkout. Once at the checkout page, select your country and enter your mailing address.
International shipping cost
We mail your items using United States Postal Service (USPS). They charge higher cost to mail outside of the United States because they must get the package to your country and then pay your country’s mailing service to deliver that package to you. That is why the international shipping fee is much higher. Two different company’s must handle the package to get it to you.
Customs duty fee (TAX)?
Beware! Your country may charge you a customs duty tax. Many commercial countries such as the United States and United Kingdom charge these tax on items that come from other countries. They will request you pay the duty fee before they deliver your items.
Tracking information and delivery.
You will receive a tracking number a day or two after you place your order. That number can be used to track the delivery of your order. Delivery to different countries vary so there is no guaranteed date given to us by USPS. From our experience in mailing international orders we notice they are usually delivered in about 2 weeks to Canada. It takes about 3 weeks to deliver to UK, Austria and most other overseas countries. The longest I’ve seen was about 6 week delivery time.
If your package has taken longer than 6 weeks please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number and demand an update on your items delivery. They sometimes loose overseas packages and it is good to contact them as they are in charge of delivering your item and will have all of the info about its location.
Returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason we will refund the cost of the brush minus the cost of shipping which is not refundable.
